As of August 2018, MindSwan is to be the Paid Media agency of Resi – initially focusing on their Paid Search media account. This isn’t the first time that Resi, an online architectural practice based in Bermondsey, London, have asked for outside help in working on their Paid Search Account. Resi initially spoke to the team at Brainlabs digital – and after a few discussions MindSwan was then consulted as being the exact kind of service they would need for what they were looking to achieve. MindSwan Director, Anu Adegbola has been in the industry for over 10 years and whilst she has a wide range of Paid Media (PPC & Social) and SEO experience, has mostly specialised in Paid Search and really pulling out increased performance out of mature accounts. It is part of Resi’s strategy to improve the quality of their campaigns, educate consumers as to the ease of using expert online architects, thus challenging the traditional process of requiring a re-design of a property. Resi wants to make transforming your home enjoyable. They are the biggest architectural brand in the UK to focus on home extensions and refurbishments. MindSwan will be responsible for account management, on-going account optimisations and testing, and analytics services. Among it’s goals are maximising Resi’s investment and supporting the sales team to increase its customer base. “Anu is honest and determined to succeed on this account. To be able to compete in this space at an efficient cost per click – being able to predict how the consumer is going to interact with the brand & the sales team is key to their success. MindSwan will focus on Resi’s current account running, focusing on the London market. This market accounts for about 75% of it’s global sales. Therefore Anu will be working closely with the Resi’s sales team as well, listening in on some of the calls to get a keen understanding of the customer’s needs so it can help integrate communication at all consumer touch-points. As Resi’s experienced agency, MindSwan will be working against any silos that may exist and create an integrated approach to creativity and communication with the client thus driving business growth. The work MindSwan will do is to make an immediate impact on Quality Score and thus improving costs and efficiency. |
